Returns and Exchanges Policy
ALL ITEMS DESCRIBED AS SAMPLE OR SAMPLE SALE ARE SOLD AS-IS, NO RETURNS, CREDITS OR EXCHANGES. They are priced on this basis. Please see detailed pics for condition. :)

CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
No change of mind returns on earrings for hygiene reasons. No change of mind returns on headpieces which are custom made or any other custom made or bespoke products.
If you change your mind and no longer want the items you have purchased (which are not pierced earrings, headpieces or any other custom made or bespoke products), you may return them only if the items are full priced products which are returned to us as set out below.
For change of mind returns, you must:
- contact us within 7 days of receipt at customercare@jyjewels.com to notify us that you wish to return the goods and request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number; and
- fill out the returns form provided to you in the original package with the RMA and return the goods to us at the address we will provide you in perfect condition, with all tags attached in the original packaging, within 7 days of notifying us (14 days for international customers) that you wish to return the products.
If you fail to take reasonable care of goods which you return to us, we may not be able to process your return. If you fail to return the goods to us within 7 days (or 14 days for international customers) after notifying us that you will do so, we may not be able to process your return.
You will be responsible for all postage costs associated with returning these goods and will be responsible for the goods up to the point that the goods are received by us. We do not accept any liability for goods in transit. Please use a postage method which can be tracked and is insured such as registered post.
We will process your refund in accordance with the original order payment method. Please allow up to 30 days to receive your refund as it will depend on when we receive and process your order. Refunds do not include any original shipping costs or return shipping costs.
If you have purchased a set but wish to return only a part of it, please contact us and we will adjust the refund accordingly. You will be charged the price for each of the items you choose to keep, as would have applied if you had made that order initially e.g. if you buy a set of 6 Cheshire cream pearl studs ($200) but wish only to keep 3 ($110), the discounted rate for 3 pairs will apply and you will be refunded the balance (i.e. $200 - $110 = $90 refund) minus any postage costs. Please allow for slightly more time for us to process your refund in these circumstances.
OTHER RETURNS
We always carefully check all of your jewels before sending them out to you and each jewel is generally hand-made to order. However, if you have purchased your jewellery through this website and they are faulty or have a defect, please contact us at customercare@jyjewels.com and we will provide a repair for, or replacement of, or a refund for, your goods as relevant. All pieces which have been customised to your requirements are final sale.
EXCHANGES
For exchanges, we do not use a standard exchange process as being an online store, the time it takes to process a standard exchange could result in your preferred item selling out. Instead, we recommend that you purchase the second item separately and return the first item to us in accordance with our returns process set out above. We will then refund you for the amount of the first item minus any original postage costs you may have paid.
