How do I use Afterpay?

Afterpay is basically like online layby, except you get your purchase right away and you don't have to wait!

Step 1 - When you make a purchase on our site, choose Afterpay as your payment method at checkout. If it’s your first time using Afterpay, you will provide payment details as usual to complete your purchase.

Step 2 - Once your first order is approved, your Afterpay account is created. All you need to do is visit www.afterpay.com.au to set up a password, and you will be able to make more purchases using Afterpay by simply entering your log in details upon checkout.

Once you register with Afterpay, they will split your payments over four equal instalments due every fortnight. Nominate the debit card or credit card you want to use and Afterpay will schedule automatic payments for you. Yay! 

What are Limited Edition pieces?

Limited Edition Pieces incorporate beautiful and often antique components from all over the world. Because of this, each piece is unique and will also be a one-off, or part of a very limited collection. We recommend ordering them as soon as you can so you don't miss out!

How do I best take care of my jewellery?

Once worn, please wipe jewellery with a clean fabric cloth in order to remove skin oils etc.  If the jewellery has come into contact with perspiration, please rinse the piece with cold water, dry with a clean fabric cloth and air dry.

Other than in these cases, avoid contact with moisture (e.g. hairsprays), perfumes, moisturisers, rough surfaces and household cleaners and jewellery cleaning cloths. Such exposure may harm the metal, reduce the life of the plating, cause discolouration and dull the brilliance in the crystals. 

Store your jewellery in the jewellery pouch provided and in a cool dry place without exposure to open air to avoid tarnishing. 

Over time, the plating will take on a more burnished look - this is natural and inherent to all plated jewellery.

What is the jewellery made of?

The jewellery on this website is costume jewellery unless specified otherwise. Certain pieces may contain sterling silver components where stated in the description. 

If a piece of jewellery does not contain nickel, we will mention it in the description. Certain pieces may be customised to be nickel-free - if you are interested in this, please contact us and let us know the relevant pieces in which you are interested.
